We strive to provide our customers with quality products at the best prices, however we understand that not everything works out!
With our products being offered at amazingly low prices and free shipping on all orders, all returns will be given store credit only. We are continuously receiving new inventory, so we are confident you'll be able to find something you love! Exchanges for a different size are only available for in-stock inventory.
We are happy to issue store credit only for unworn, perfect condition items with tags still attached. If we detect perfume, pet hair, blemishes, or can tell that the item has been worn, the item will be return to you at your cost. If an item is returned back to you, we will no longer be able to accept returns from you. If you choose to not cover the shipping back to you, the item will be donated to a local women's shelter.
You have 7 days to return your item once it is received. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We will no longer accept returns or exchanges after 7 days of you receiving the item. To start your return, please email email@example.com with the name as it appears on the order, the order number, and reason for the return. We do not accept returns through Facebook Messenger.
When shipping your return back to us, please include a note with the name on the order, order number, and item being returned so we can efficiently give you store credit. Please do not depend on us to see your name on the outside of packaging, as it is sometimes discarded before we are able to see.
